● You may return most items in new condition (unused) along with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send mail to our business mailbox to request a return or exchange. Once one of our team members reviews your request they will email you back .

● We want your shopping experience at Haina Automation to be exceptional. We stand behind the products we sell and keep our returns process simple. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return most items* within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a credit, replacement or refund. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) and test the products right away to ensure plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. ● Free Return Shipping cost:
Haina Automation will pay for the shipping fee associated with authorized abroad returns (within the 30 day guarantee period) on merchandise that is defective or arrived damaged in shipping. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please follow these 3 easy steps to return a product:
Step 1: Sent a Return Request to info@haina-auto.com.
Step 2: Pack up the product(s) to be returned. Please return all products in their original packaging.
Step 3: Contact the courier according to our reply.The courier will pick up the products and ship it to us.

● Refund ratio:
If the refund is caused by Haina Automation’s mistake(such as the goods can’t meet the standard we agreed with you, or the goods is broken on the way ) we will refund your payment 100%. If the refund is’nt caused by Haina Automation’s mistake,We will deduct China’s import tax and refund the remaining money to you.

● Where is the payment returned:
After receiving your returned goods, we will carefully check appearance and condition of the goods to confirm whether the goods meet the return standards. Once approved, our staff will contact you by email and confirm the specific refund payment method. Under normal circumstances, we will refund your payment via Western Union or PayPal.

* If you change your mind about your received order, you may ship any item in new condition along with the original packaging and accessories back for a full refund of the product. The products should be returned
in the original unopened state. Products showing signs of user neglect may not be refunded or exchanged.
