● Refund ratio:
If the refund is caused by Haina Automation’s mistake(such as the goods can’t meet the standard we agreed with you, or the goods is broken on the way ) we will refund your payment 100%. If the refund is’nt caused by Haina Automation’s mistake,We will deduct China’s import tax and refund the remaining money to you.

● Where is the payment returned:
After receiving your returned goods, we will carefully check appearance and condition of the goods to confirm whether the goods meet the return standards.
